The Physical, Mental and Emotional Method

Are you constantly drained from the blame and shame you give yourself, especially for the binge/emotional eating habits?

Are you someone that tries fad diets and crazy exercise routines - and can barely make it to that 4 week mark?

Do you feel you are in that loop of "try, fail, binge"?

I HEAR YOU.

I HAVE BEEN THERE.

YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR OWN.

So I wanted to take the pressure off myself - I wanted to get back to having a healthier body an making healthier decisions.

This is where the PME Method was born!!

I wanted a method where I could lose weight....without the pressure of losing weight and without the blame of hitting "scale targets". I wanted to:

  • Form good and lasting habits.

  • Have a better relationship with food.

  • Making exercise part of my every day routine.

  • Allowing myself to feel.

  • Understanding why I had bad habits.

I stopped focusing heavily on the "scale weight" and started to look at other benefits a healthy lifestyle would bring me..........

How DIET can help our health:

Boosts Immunity

We can reduce the risks of illnesses such as colds, flus and even Covid.

Healthy Body

Eating the right foods can help keep our eyes, teeth and skin healthy. It also has a big impact when exercising for bone and muscle strength.

Medical Conditions

Just like exercise, eating healthily has been proven to reduce the risk/worsening of many health conditions, including cancers.

Healthy Organs

By eating the right foods we can aid digestion, avoid dehydration and give our organs the best health. This includes gut health!

Healthy at any age

Living a HEALTHY LIFESTLE can help by:

Saving money

By reducing our food, alcohol and/or smoking habits we can have financial gain to spend more on the things we truly LOVE!

Lower risk of mortality.

Studies have shown we can live longer happier lives by adhering to a healthier lifestyle!

A Healthy Brain!

Even after a few weeks of healthy habits cognitive function and metabolism can improve.

Job Satisfaction

With living healthier, we get happier, spending more time on the things we love can help us within the world of work!

Come off Medication

Living a healthier lifestyle can reduce the amount of medication we are on - sometimes lifestyle changes are the drug you need.

**You should always consult your GP before taking/coming off medication**

COMPLICATED NO MORE!!!

No matter how complicated the internet makes it.......weight loss will ALWAYS be the outcome of new and healthy lifestyle habits we make. It will always be the last thing you see, therefore we need to start focusing on all the health benefits.

A big part in weight loss journey is not just the physical (what you eat, drink and do) but also the mental and emotional side. The motivational aspect, the bad habits, the stress we face on a daily basis - this all has a part to play in out weight loss journey. This is the hardest part for those suffering with binge and emotional eating - as we tend to turn to food for comfort and support.

And that is how the PME Method was born! It has five core values (aka pillars) that address all the physical, mental and emotional barriers to losing weight. By addressing these barriers we can help to make long lasting changes for the rest of our lives. They build the foundation and skills for you to be able to practice this in many years to come.

The 5 Pillars of the PME Method

01.

Inner Connection

02.

Identity

03.

Goal Setting

04.
